Delete account and data

At WillieChat, we respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you can easily request this via email.

How do I submit a deletion request?

Send an email to info@williechat.com with the subject line "Delete account". Include the email address you registered with at WillieChat so we can identify your account.

What data will be deleted?

Upon a deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account details (name, email address, password)
• All chat conversations and conversation history
• Uploaded documents and knowledge base content
• Website configurations and settings
• Billing details and subscription information

Retention period and processing

After receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Payment records that we are legally required to retain (such as invoices) will be kept in accordance with the statutory retention period of 7 years.
